bechtler-150This edition of Carolina live features chamber music from performances at the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art in Charlotte, NC.

The Bechtler Ensemble plays music for string quartet by Ravel and Borodin; there are two string sonatas by Claude Debussy; some Songs Without Words by Mendelssohn; and works by Milhaud, Stravinsky and Brahms featuring guest clarinetist Janet Hilton. All recorded with the Bechtler collection providing the visual backdrop.
